Susan Sarandon and Daughter to Star in Upcoming Film

May 22 2007 - Susan Sarandon and her real-life daughter, Eva Amurri, are teaming up to play mother and daughter in a film called Middle of Nowhere, due to be released to theaters in 2008.

The movie, directed by John Stockwell (Crazy/Beautiful, Blue Crush, Turistas), centers on a mother (played by Sarandon) who takes her oldest daughter's college fund and uses all the money for her youngest daughter to be in a beauty pageant.

Sarandon and Amurri also acted in the films The Banger Sisters, Dead Man Walking, Earthly Possessions, and Anywhere But Here.
